“Human resource, a valuable investment in Romanian rural tourism!” (ID 36694)
During September 2009 – August 2012, RGIC Consultanta, as a beneficiary, implemented the strategic project “Human resource, a valuable investment in Romanian rural tourism!” (ID 36694), co financed through the European Social Fund (ESF) within the Sectoral Operational Program Human Resources Development (SOPHRD) and national budget. The project ran in five regions: North-West, West, South Muntenia, Center and North-East, for 36 months. The general objective of the project vises the development of human resources from rural areas, regarding access and sustainable development in employment, non agricultural activities, on a flexible and inclusive labor market. The project's main activity consisted of a comprehensive training program that benefited 830 people in rural areas who were selected from a target group of 2,030 people. The courses were divided into two categories: training courses for managers and employees in rural tourism, and qualifying courses for unemployed people seeking work or persons engaged in rural subsistence agriculture, for the occupations of boarding house administrator, waiter, cook and maid.
“Sustainable development of human resources for Romanian rural tourism!” (ID 54620)
During February 2010 – January 2013 RGIC Consultata was involved, as partner, in the strategic project “Sustainable development of human resources for Romanian rural tourism!” (ID 54620), implemented by the Asociatia de Dezvoltare in Afaceri (ADA) and co financed through the European Social Fund (ESF) within the Sectoral Operational Program Human Resources Development (SOPHRD) and national budget. The general objective of the project vises the development of human resources from rural areas, in the regions South Muntenia, South-West and South-East regarding access and sustainable development in employment, in non agricultural activities, on the labor market. The project's main objective is the development of human resources for the rural tourism. Through this project, there have been organized trainings and courses for 540 people from rural areas in the regions South-East, South-Muntenia and South-West, selected from a 1,500 people target group. The beneficiaries are both employees from rural tourism and also unemployed or people engaged in subsistence agriculture. They will attend professional training courses for boarding house managers, maids, cooks and waiters. Within this project, RGIC Consultanta elaborates studies and researches regarding the labor market, it participates to information/promotion campaigns, it supports the creation of local and regional partnerships in all the regions, it participates at awareness activities of the target group and it provides assistance for new business.
"Sustainable development in rural communities in North - East region" (ID: 89660)
The project "Sustainable development in rural communities," North - East (ID: 89660), Invests in people !, co-financed by the European Social Fund, Operational Programme Human Resources Development 2007-2013, was implemented by Romair Consulting srl in cooperation with two national partners: Association of Local initiatives 2002 and SC RGIC Consultanta srl. The project has been managed several contributing to the sustainable development of rural communities in the North East of Romania. The main objective of the project was to improve the quality of human resources in communities form rural North East by attracting and labor market integration in non-agricultural activities and through education, entrepreneurial advice and assistance to the unemployed, persons looking for a job and people employed in subsistence agriculture.
RGIC Partner has been involved in activity A8: Advice and assistance for opening a business in rural areas. Here, more than 500 people were advised to open a business in rural area. They had such counseling sessions held in Iasi county (Andrieseni, Vladeni, Golaiesti, Dagâta, Tansa, Scheia, Prisacani, Tiganasi, Gorban, Probota, Madîrjac, Sipote, Focuri, Bratesti, Costuleni, Dobrovat, Bals, Rachiteni, Raducaneni, Cozmesti), Neamt county (Tamaseni, Sagna, Razboieni, Alexandru cel Bun, Botesti, Pângarati, Dragomiresti) and Suceava County (Simnicea, Ipotesti). Assistance sessions were held in same three counties, Neamt, Iasi and Suceava.
"My village, my business!" ID 131046
SC RGIC Consultanta, as Partner 1, participating in the implementation of strategic project "My My Village, my business! ", financing contract: HRD/135/5.2/S/ 131046. The project is Co-financed by the Fund European Social Operational Programme Human Resources Development 2007 - 2013, invests in people !, it lasts 18 months and is implemented by the Romanian Employers milling industry, bread and flour products ROMPAN, as applicant, RGIC Consultanta, SIVECO Romania SA and EUROPEAN UNION ASSOCIATION EXPERTS partners in the project. The overall objective of the project is to facilitate access to the labor market and development of non agricol profitable business for a number of 1500 people looking for a job, unemployed and people employed in subsistence agriculture (youth, women and unemployed long-term), by participating in informatio programs, psychological, vocational and professional counseling and the use of ITC tools. The project is implemented in: Bucharest-Ilfov, Muntenia Sud, North East, North West and Centre. Proposed target group of the project consists in total of 1,500 people in rural areas, regions Bucharest-Ilfov, Muntenia Sud, North East, North West and Centre. Of these 504 numbers of people come for level 1 in training courses as bakers, baker, pastry chef, baker and cook, 180 people will follow ICT initiation courses, 620 people will attend entrepreneurship and 200 people will benefit from advice on setting up a business.
"Microcrediting, fundamental component of entrepreneurship in rural areas", ID 135486
Asociatia de Dezvoltare in Afaceri (ADA) implemented in the period April 2014 - November 2015 the project "Microcredit, fundamental component of entrepreneurship in rural areas", ID 135486. The project aimed to develop a national network, unified, integrated, functional and sustainable micro-level specialized in microfinance common - entrepreneurial poles employment for people looking for a job, unemployed, managers and employees in rural areas. The project was a component of portal online services forum and consultancy for target groups and a component update - version online - a guide entrepreneur of a cluster of rural achieved by the project following the development of entrepreneurship in field of microfinance in rural areas. Final results: 1830 person counting benefited from counseling / guidance sustainability countryside, 128 participants in integrated programs (mediation - 891 people and training programs - 390 persons).
